Return & Exchange Policy

Return will be reviewed and honoured up to 30 days from the date of order delivery.
Return products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags with which they were shipped.
If the tag seal that loops around main label and price tags, is broken, then the product will not be accepted for return.

Return would be acceptable if:
– The item delivered was damaged
– The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase
– The item ordered does not fit to size

Refund will be done in form of Bank Deposit/ store credit which will be equivalent to the value of the order that has been returned to us. You can use these credit points at plussize.pk in your future purchase at plussize.pk to get equivalent deduction in total amount.

Shipping Charges are non refundable.

Kindly follow the below mentioned Return steps:
– Place the item in its original packaging or secure packaging. 
– Mention your order number on a paper or attach the original invoice. Seal the package properly.

– Use reliable courier service for any return
– Scan and send the courier receipt.

Customer needs to return the products through registered post or courier at his own expense to our address.

Item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage.

Exchange Policy
All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
