Do you have a physical store or outlet?
🏬 Plussize.pk is an online-only store, and you can shop anytime at www.plussize.pk from the comfort of your home.
📦 We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If the size doesn’t fit or you’re not satisfied, you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

What is your return or exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact. Products with broken tag seals cannot be accepted.
Can I open the parcel before payment?
Yes. We offer Open Parcel Before Payment for customer convenience.
This option is available only for single-item orders. Orders with multiple items cannot be opened due to the possibility of products being misplaced or lost.

Do you offer alterations or size customizations?
No. Currently, we do not offer alterations or size customization services.
How can I get a discount through a video review?
You can send us a video review of the product you purchased (showing your face is not required).
Based on the usefulness of the review, we may offer a 10%–30% refund, and in some cases up to 100% refund for exceptional content.
What sizes do you offer?
We specialize in plus-size fashion, offering sizes from 2XL to 6XL+ depending on the product.
Our clothing is designed to provide a comfortable and stylish fit for plus-size body types.

How long does delivery take and what are the shipping charges?
Orders are usually delivered within 4–5 working days across Pakistan.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within Pakistan. However, if you need international delivery, our team may be able to arrange it.

How do I exchange or replace a product?
Simply send the item back to our warehouse and place a replacement order if needed.
Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement or issue a refund as requested.
What is your replacement warranty?
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace it within 30 days at no extra cost.
Which courier companies do you use?
We currently ship orders through Leopards Courier and Daewoo Fastex as our primary delivery partners.
However, other courier services may occasionally be used depending on your geographical location or the current operational performance of courier companies, to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your order.
How do I choose the correct plus size when ordering online?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You can pay the courier when your parcel is delivered.
What if the size I ordered does not fit?
If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it within 30 days, provided the item is unused and the original tags are intact.
Are your clothes designed for plus-size body types?
Yes. Our clothing is selected and designed to provide a comfortable fit for plus-size and big & tall body types.
Are your products original and good quality?
Yes. Every product goes through a quality check before dispatch to ensure proper fabric quality, stitching, and finishing.
How can I track my order after placing it?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a courier tracking number so you can track your parcel online.
Which cities in Pakistan do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Peshawar, and Hyderabad, as well as most smaller cities and towns.
