📦 Return Eligibility
• Returns are reviewed and accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact
• If the tag seal attached to the main label or price tag is broken, the item will not be accepted
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

✅ Returns Are Accepted If
• The item delivered is damaged or faulty
• The item delivered is not as described
• The size ordered does not fit
💳 Refund Method
• All approved returns are processed STRICTLY as store credit only
• Store credit will be equal to the value of the returned item
• Store credit can be used on future purchases at plussize.pk
💡 Cash or bank refunds are only issued in cases of faulty/damaged items or incorrect deliveries, and are processed within 7 working days after receiving the return.
🔄 Exchange Policy
• Exchanges depend on stock availability
• For exchange, please return the item first
• Place a new order online using your store credit
• Mention “replacement” in the order notes
• Price differences due to discounts or promotions are not adjustable

• Attach the original invoice or mention your order number inside the parcel
• Use a reliable courier service
• Scan and share the courier receipt with our team

• Such items may only be exchanged or issued store credit
