I am very dissapointed

I am very dissapointed. I ordered size 44 waist, but I recieved size 46 waist. The odacity to place a paper tape and marking it with the number 44. Such behaviour from a brand which was recommended to me by its regular customer. This act has mademy trust fall apart. I am not satisfied at all by the service. On top of this, when I asked to send me the original size that I had ordered, I was told to send the jeans back to the brand, trhough any courier, and I have to pay for the courier!!! Wow, pathetic! The brand made a "mistake", which was definitely not a mistake, and on top I have to pay more for your mistake, and furhter wait for replacement!. These are the reasons why our brands suffer and dont grow to a large level because of fraud mindsets and pathetic services/ customer services.

The only satisfaction, "uptil now" is that the quality of the Jeans is very good.

Please consider these problems and fix them. I still want to give this brand another chance, but I have think about it.

Our in-house quality control must have checked it and measured it at 44, therefore they would have tagged it as 44.

Could you please try to wear it and see if it is size 44 and if it fits? if not, please send it back to our address.

Please use the cheapest possible courier option and do not worry about the return. If we sent the wrong size, we will address this issue and compensate you.
